Drinks on Me: Honey Mango Smoothies (Non-Alcoholic)


Honey Mango Smoothies

1 peeled mango (seeded and cubed)
1 tbsp. white sugar
2 tbsp. honey
1 cup nonfat milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup ice cubes

Place the mango, sugar, and honey in a blender; add in the milk and lemon juice, and blend until smooth. Pour the mango mixture over ice. Serve.

*Johnna's tip: Have alot of honey on hand?? Alongside using it in your teas, biscuits and pancake syrups, use it in your smoothies and shakes to jazz things up. Also works well in alot of marinades for chicken and pork.
