Food.Fun.Stuff: Drama Queens!
Mallow Drama is sponsoring a one-day Edible Art exhibit (*Yum...in honor of Vienna's Ocktoberfest celebration) of hand painted reproductions on cake of famous works of art.
The Where: Ayr Hill Gallery, 141 Church Street, NW, Vienna, Virginia
The When: October 4, 2008, Saturday, from 12-6 pm
The Why: Learn something! The exhibit includes works by famous European artists (Saltbox Barn by Wolf Kahn, The Scream by Edvard Munch and Irises by Vincent Van Gogh, just to name a few...) Ohhh and let us not forget, they will be giving out FREE samples of their German-inspired cupcakes (*while supplies last)...Black Forest Cupcake topped with Cherry Buttercream, White Chiffon with Raspberries and Vanilla Buttercream Frosting and Cinnamon Spice with Caramelized Apples...this should be sufficient to get you to go;-)
