Drinks on Me: Blueberry Workout Smoothie (Non-Alcoholic)
Blueberry Workout Smoothie
2 cups fresh blueberries
3/4 cup low fat yogurt
7 oz. skim milk
11 oz. pineapple juice
3 1/2 tbsp. honey
Ice
In a blender, blend on high all ingredients except ice; slowly add in the ice blending until all ingredients are smooth. Be healthy!
*Johnna's tip: If you Muusst skip breakfast (*this is absolutely the most important meal of the day...we're just saying...), then a smoothie is your best bet to get your fill to start the day. It's also good after your workout and you can't grab a bite but are hungry...smoothies really hold you over. Blueberries are often overlooked as a smoothie option with flavors like mango and strawberry on the market, try them...blueberries need love too;-) (**And they're healthy!)
