Drinks on Me: Warm Fall Apple Cider (Non-Alcoholic)
Warm Fall Apple Cider
7 cups Apple Cider
1/4 cup sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
Combine all ingredients in a small pot over medium heat; stir until simmering. Reduce heat and cook for 12-14 minutes; remove from heat. Remove the cinnamon sticks and serve!
*Johnna's tip: Add in more sugar to your preference. This apple cider will have enough flavor so you may not need to add anything else;-) Garnish with your favorite fruits of the fall (*raspberry's and cranberry's are good picks).

This is the exact same recipe and way you make Hennessy cider. The only thing that is missing is the Hennessy, but everything else is the same. Its really tasty and you barely tase the Henn. You can also substitute any other cognac of your choice as I have also had it using Courvoisier.
