Tasty Dip for Everything

1/3 cup red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
1 cup olive oil
Salt (optional; to taste)
Pepper (optional; to taste)

Combine vinegar, mustard and garlic in a food processor/blender. Gradually add in olive oil. Add in salt and pepper if desired. Serve!

*Johnna's tip: This dipping sauce can be served alongside a variety of dishes including but not limited to breaded/fried shrimp, broccoli, chicken strips, etc. JKGF made breaded shrimp yesterday which inspired the creation of this dipping sauce.
