Post-Workout Banana Juice (Non-Alcoholic)

Post-Workout Banana Juice
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup natural yogurt
2 eggs
2 bananas (sliced) (frozen)
In a blender add in the orange juice and yogurt and blend on low. Add in the eggs and frozen bananas; blend until smooth. Serve!
*Johnna's tip: Decorate with fresh strawberry or banana slices and maybe some homemade whipped topping...enjoy your workout!

Good stuff:-) Try one of the smoothie recipes under "non-alcoholic fruity beverages". I use alot of these after a good workout, Enjoy!
