Easy Pollo Fajitas
Easy Pollo Fajitas
1 lb. boneless and skinless Chicken breast halves (cut into stripes)
1 cup fresh salsa (*can find at your local grocery store)
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 bell pepper (cut into thin stripes) (*try red and yellow or yellow and orange...OR green and yellow....)
1 onion (cut into thin stripes)
1 package of tortillas (12 count)
In a pan, brown the chicken. Add in the salsa, lime juice and Worcestershire; stir. Add in the peppers and onions; stir. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still a little crisp. Spoon the fajita filling into the tortillas. Top with your favorite dressings and eat!
*Johnna's tip: Try using strips of steak or Morning Star meat for vegans with this recipe, also.
