Lobster Bisque

Lobster Bisque

2 cups lobster meat
1/3 cup dry sherry
1/4 cup butter
3 tbsp. flour
3 cups milk
1 tsp. steak sauce
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Seasoning salt (to taste)

In a bowl, mix together the lobster and dry sherry. In a pan, over low heat, melt the butter. Add in the flour and cook; stir constantly until it is smooth and bubbly. Gradually add in the milk, stirring constantly. Cook and stir constantly until the mixture is thickened. Add in the steak sauce, salt, pepper and seasoning salt. Add in the lobster and sherry. Cover and simmer for 7-10 minutes stirring gradually. Serve.

*Johnna's tip: Serve with fresh cilantro sprinkled on top...this adds the most delicious topping a lobster bisque could ask for!
