Panama Salsa

Panama Mango Salsa

2 ripe mangos
1/2 cup minced onion
1 large red or yellow bell pepper (seeded and finely chopped)
1 lime (juiced)
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)

Peel mangos and remove the flesh. Chop coarsely in a food processor or by hand. Transfer mango to bowl and stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Serve!

*Johnna's tip: Have an international night and make this dish alongside other favorites found on JKGF: fried rice, curry lobster, etc...have fun with it!
