Veggie Tortilla Wraps

Veggie Tortilla Wraps

3 cups vegetable broth
1 cup salsa
1 (15 oz.) can vegetarian three bean chili
¼ cup Italian salad dressing
3 cups instant rice
8 tortillas

In a pan, combine broth, salsa, chili and dressing; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and stir in rice. Cover and simmer on low for 5-7 minutes. Divide mixture among tortillas and roll up for serving. Eat!

*Johnna’s tip: Dress it up with sour cream or jalapenos or lettuce and Enjoy!!
