Warm Beany Dip

1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning
1 (12 oz.) container sour cream
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can chopped black olives (drained)
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chili peppers (drained)
1/2 onion (chopped)
1/2 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese (grated)

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix beans and taco seasoning together and spread in the bottom of a greased casserole dish. Spread sour cream on top and add remaining ingredients in layers ending with the cheeses. Bake until cheese has melted and is bubbling. Serve!

*Johnna’s tip: Make some of Johnna Knows Good Food “Made to Order Tortilla Chips” (see recipe) and enjoy together with this “Beany Dip”!
