Single Service White Wine Pasta
2 oz. shrimp or scallops
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. garlic (minced)
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
1 cup fettuccine noodles (*whole wheat pasta is good too for a healthier version)
¼ cup white wine
1 tsp. parsley
Cook noodles according to package directions and set aside. In a pan, heat oil and add in minced garlic and butter; sauté. Add in seafood and season with salt and pepper cooking on both sides until done. Add in white wine and stir. Turn down heat, add in noodles and mix together. Top with parsley and serve.
