Drinks on Me: Raspberry-Peach Smoothie (Non-Alcoholic)


Raspberry-Peach Smoothie

6 oz. plain fat-free yogurt
1 medium peaches, (*sliced, about 1/2 cup)
1/2 cup(s) raspberries
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. McNeil Nutritionals SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener, or to taste


Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve.

*Johnna's tip: We snagged this one from Weight Watchers this morning. Trying to pull in that waist line can be a drag unless you have tasty recipes that are also healthy too. Try in the morning before you head to work or hit the gym.
