Drinks on Me: Sacanagem (Alcoholic)


Sacanagem

2oz Leblon
.5oz St. Germain Eldeflower Liqueur
.5oz Honey
Fresh Muddled Anjou Pear
3oz Champagne

Muddle pears and honey, add Leblon and St. Germain, shake and strain into an ice filled wine glass. Top with Champagne. Garnish with a bruleed pear slice.
