FREE! A word that is being underused in this economy. This Friday, Red Velvet is using the word loosely as it celebrates its Grand Opening @ TangySweet, Dupont Circle. There will be FREE mini cupcakes given away during the festivities. Looks like our favorite, Southern Belle, will be showcased during this giveaway...we're excited for freebies...and one more cupcake shop in the District (*there is a list that won't stop growing...).
