Birthday Lobster!
4 frozen lobster tails
2 qt. boiling water
1/4 cup salt
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup butter
Paprika
Parsley flakes
Add lobster tails to boiling water; add in the salt and lemon juice; continue to heat at boiling point. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes; drain. With kitchen scissors remove the shell-like covering on the underside of the lobster tail. Drizzle the butter over the lobster and sprinkle with some paprika and parsley flakes. Put the lobster in oven-friendly dish and place on baking rack 4-6" from the broiler. Broil for 5-6 minutes and serve in shell with the melted butter.
*Johnna's tip: JKGF is celebrating Johnna's birthday today! In homage to the celebration, these are a couple of her favorite recipes. Lobster is her favorite food and champagne is her absolute favorite drink! So pull out your lobster tails, the grill and some of your best champagne and let's celebrate!!
