Johnna's Pick of the Week: The Bombay Club (Washington, D.C.)
Bombay, Bombay!!
When in the mood for Indian food in the District, one must make The Bombay Club a first or second stop. The service is exquisite, the Indian seasonings are matched perfectly and you'll be totally satisfied that you made this your dining option for lunch or dinner. JKGF is a lover of Indian food and searched all of D.C. for the restaurant that offered just enough spice (*JKGF is not a fan of spicy food, but knows good food even when it's at its spiciest).
Things to try:
>Tandoori Scallops
>Tandoori Chicken Chops
>Lobster Lababdar
>Veggie Curry
This is a great spot for work lunches, dinner with a few friends from out of town or with a potential employer. NOT recommended for a date or celebrations (*it doesn't offer a very intimate atmosphere, but the food is good!).
Go, eat, Enjoy!!

Hi Johnna! *waving*
Thank you for this post. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Indian food and as it happens, I used to live in The District (my son was born there). I still have relatives there and in Maryland and I am planning to visit in the near future. I will make it a point to check out The Bombay Club.
Oh, and thanks for commenting on my blog. I'll be back soon.
Nummy - everything sounds good but those chicken chops intrigue me! :)
Thanks for the comments!!:-) Enjoy, JKGF
