Yum, Yum Brownies
2 sticks of butter
2 cup sugar
4 eggs
4 tsp. cocoa
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
Mix cocoa and butter in a bowl until creamy. In another bowl, beat eggs into the sugar; add in the cocoa mixture. In another bowl, sift flour over nuts and mix gradually. Slowly add to the liquid mixture; blending well. Add in the vanilla; beat well. Bake in a greased baking dish lined with wax paper. Bake at 250 degrees (DO NOT PREHEAT OVEN) for about 1 or more hours. You should be able to stick a fork or toothpick in the dish and it come out clean. Serve.
*Johnna's tip: Serve with a homemade whipping topping or some homemade ice cream, yum!
