The Tattoo Bar has quickly become a JKGF favorite. It's one of those places where you instantly feel cool by just being there, kind of like when you visit Karu N Y in Miami. The theme is tattoos meets biker meets downtown DC's urban professionals in a place where the happy hour hasn't been ruined by long lines and pushy crowds (*more details on the happy hour in JKGF Happy, Happy Hour Pick of the Week!).
