Minty Chocolate Delight (Non-Alcoholic)

Drinks on Me:

Minty Chocolate Delight

2/3 cup milk
2 tbsp. peppermint syrup
14 oz. mint chocolate chip ice cream
Fresh mint leaves

In a food processor, combine the milk and peppermint syrup. Add in the ice cream; combine. Give it a quick stir, pour into glasses and decorate with fresh mint leaves; serve.

*Johnna's tip: If chocolate is more your thing, supplement the mint leaves for chocolate chips and Enjoy!
