Honey 'n Mustard Chicken

Honey 'n Mustard Chicken

2 whole boneless, skinless chicken breast (split)
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder (*or to taste, JKGF loves garlic!)
Parsley flakes

In a bowl, combine the honey, mustard and seasonings. In a broiler pan, broil the chicken for 3 minutes. Flip the chicken and coat with the honey mixture. Continue broiling until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Flip the chicken breasts and coat the other side with the honey mixture and broil until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Top with about a 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes. Serve!

*Johnna's tip: This is a good grilling option. Fire up the grill and try it with a JKGF sweet, fruity drink!
