Food.Fun.Stuff: New Cocktails for Proof

Proof brings in Adam Bernbach as bar manager of the restaurant on July 13, 2009. Bernbach will be responsible for the restaurant's spirits and beer program, and he will design Proof's cocktail list. Bernbach served as Bar Pilar's general manager and was well known for his "weekly cocktail sessions". Bernbach has also worked @ Cafe St. Ex and PS7's. He will be working close to Executive Chef Haidar Karoum to match the perfect cocktails to seasonal ingredients.

This is a really good thing for Proof. The restaurant is mostly known for its wine and now it will join the ranks of the many restaurants in the area with quirky and artsy cocktails.
