Food.Fun.Stuff: Cooking Classes Galore
Doesn't it seem like everybody is hosting a cooking class?? Today Chef Geoff's Cajun style cooking classes were email blasted to patrons throughout the District. With this class, in addition to Zola's Wine and Kitchen and Williams- Sonoma cooking technique classes, no one in the District should not know how to cook. For those seeking the inner cheese creative cook in yourselves, Zola's is having a "Homemade Mozzarella" cooking class this Thursday, June 18, 2009 from 6:30 pm-8:30 pm, for the price of $70. But before you go turning into a master cheese creator, Zola's is also hosting "Summer Entertaining" on Wednesday, June 17, 2009 from 6:30 pm-8:30 pm for $70.
By the end of the year, you should be a master cheese maker, the best at home entertaining and know how to host the ultimate crawfish extravaganza. Just kidding. Try one or two of the classes sprouting up around the District and spice things up a bit in your cooking life...After all we've learned about cooking, we still wouldn't mind learning more about being a master mozzarella maker...;-)
