Food.Fun.Stuff: Rap and All That
Who would've thought we would see the day when Ludacris and Martha Stewart would appear on the same stage?? Well that day has come just like the day of $4 gas. On October 1, 2008 (*We know we are late...), Chris "Ludacris" Bridges appeared on the Martha Stewart show and she showed him how to make origami boxes.
Interview highlights: The rapper (*who was also apart of the movie "Crash" cast) joked with Stewart about how he had A.D.D. (Attention Deficit Disorder) which prevented him from being able to make origami boxes. Stewart's response was "“You can’t have A.D.D. with the kind of music you write and have A.D.D.,” Ludacris replied back stating, “Just write it fast.” Stewart further stated “I love rap music and I think it’s very expressive actually and sometime we sorta have to muffle the lyrics…,” stated Martha Stewart. (*We would love to see what Martha has in her boom box...and if Ludacris is one of them...we're just saying, interesting...)
Check out the appearance here.
*This is great publicity for Ludacris in the foodie world especially where he just opened Straits Atlanta, an oriental restaurant in Atlanta, GA. Anybody been here?? Let us know the dibs on it;-)
