Paella, Paella, Paella!!
September 29-October 12, 2008 is the 6th Annual Paella Festival hosted by Jaleo. It will feature Paella happy hours, Paella available during lunch and dinner and a giant Paella at Dupont Circle on September 28, 2008.
Why this is a great thing for Paella in D.C.?? Guest chef Rafael Vidal of Restaurant Levante in Bennisano, Valencia, Spain will be cooking up some of the dishes and the paellas during the celebration will be based on his recipes.
