Drinks on Me: Mocha-Banana Shake (Non-Alcoholic)


Mocha-Banana Shake

1 banana
2 oz. cocoa
8 oz. half & half
2 tbsp. protein (*measure according to your preference...)
Ice

In a blender, combine all ingredients. Drink!

*Johnna's tip: This is the perfect post workout drink! This is a JKGF fave after the gym (*as we just had it yesterday at Vida...so deliciously healthy and good!) Bananas offer a nice helping of potassium and Vitamin C that that body needs while the cocoa gives you the flavor that you're craving.
