This recipe serves as a healthier route to that same Hamburger Helper flavor because you can monitor the ingredients being added and taken out. Hamburger Helper was also one of the first meals that JKGF made and gained the desire to learn more about the foodie world. So in homage to a classic and what help to boost JKGF, enjoy this "No More Hamburger Helper" recipe tonight!:-)

Hamburger helper was always the meal growing up that me and my brothers would dread for my stepmom to make but she loved making it because it was so quick and easy. But when you were starving, there was nothing better! Lol...

I admit that this was a favorite growing up. My other childhood favorite quick meal my mother would sometimes make was alphabet soup. My mother would simply take a can of alphabet (vegetable) soup and added some browned up hamburger to make it more of a stew. I loved that one as a kid!
