New Generation Cobb Salad

New Generation Cobb Salad

8 slices of bacon (cooked, drained and crumbled)
3 eggs (cooked, peeled and chopped)
1 head of iceberg lettuces (shredded)
2 red potatoes (cooked and diced)
3 cups chicken meat (chopped and cooked)
2 tomatoes (seeded and chopped)
3/4 cup blue cheese crumbled
3 green onions (chopped)
1 8 oz. bottle of ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing

In a salad serving bowl, place all ingredients in a row on top of the lettuce. Drizzle your favorite dressing on top of the salad (*JKGF is a fan of the blue cheese dressing) and Eat!

*Johnna's tip: Potatoes are the new generation of salad. They go perfect, when they're diced, on top of just about any salad. Chop't, also, has great combinations with its potatoes and salads, try it;-)

**Johnna's tip, tip: For true Cobb salad eaters, we know that you notice that this Cobb salad doesn't have any avocados in the recipe. This is ONLY because Johnna is allergic to avocado's so this recipe caters to those who are either allergic or don't like avocados. But for all the avocado lovers, add in 1 peeled, pitted and diced avocado to make your salad complete:-)
