All-In-One Roasted Red Pepper Dipping Sauce
13 oz. roasted red peppers (drained)
1 cup low fat sour cream
2 tbsp. low fat cream cheese
1/2 cup fresh basil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
In a food processor, puree the roasted peppers, sour cream, cream cheese, basil, salt, pepper and garlic powder together until smooth. Serve.
*Johnna's tip: For those who are not a fan of the kitchen or the kitchen isn't a fan of you, this is the perfect quick fix recipe. It is a healthy snack that makes the non-cook and the cooking persons lives that much easier.
