Irish Coffee (Alcoholic)

Irish Coffee

1 1/2 oz. Irish Whiskey
8 oz. hot coffee
1 dash creme de menthe
1 tsp. brown sugar
Whipped cream

In a blender, combine all ingredients except whipped cream; blend well. Pour into a serving glass and top with whipped cream. Serve!

Johnna's tip: I know, I know...why would you want a hot drink in the hot summer heat?? Well, this is one of those hit or miss drinks that might require you to do some trial and error runs before serving to company.
