Inspiring Moments: The Lobster Burger

Today's "The Lobster Burger" recipe was inspired by the delicious one that JKGF had an opportunity to nibble on yesterday while at Michel Richard's Central restaurant. What a spin they put on the typical burger! It was light, delicious and filling....and it had this taste that could've only been attributed to Central's special sauce and blend of herbs for the lobster burger. Central is Michel Richard's newest addition to great cuisine alongside Citronelle (which, JKGF can tell you is an experience in itself!...and a little on the pricey side, but well worth it for the service and cuisine). JKGF suggests you run and try this burger immediately on your lunch break....or if lobsters not your thing the shrimp burger is just as exquisite....or you could always whip it up yourself with the recipe from today;-) Don't worry we won't tell anybody it wasn't your original recipe....Muah!
