Drinks on Me: Peppermint Rush (Non-Alcoholic)


Peppermint Rush


2/3 cup low fat milk
2 tbsp. peppermint syrup
14 oz. peppermint ice cream
Fresh mint leaves


In a blender, combine the milk and peppermint syrup; blend until smooth. Add in the ice cream and blend until smooth. Pour into serving glasses and garnish with mint leaves. Serve.


*Johnna's tip: Summer, peppermint, ice cream...these are a few of our favorite things! What about garnishing this one with a strawberry instead of mint to confuse things a little bit?? Sounds like a plan;-)
