Food.Fun.Stuff: The Civilian's

The Civilian Arts Project (*a D.C. art gallery) is trying to raise money in efforts to help its artists in completing large scale projects. On Thursday, it will be hosting "Spring Fling" @ Local 16 (*One of JKGF fave spots on U st.) There will be art projected on the walls, free hors d'oeuvres and happy hour priced drinks.
