Cheddar Turkey Burgers
Cheddar Turkey Burgers
1 lb. ground turkey
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Paprika (to taste)
Non stick cooking spray
In a medium pan, spray non stick cooking spray and put over medium heat. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and form into burger patties (*size depending on how big you want them to be...). Add patties to the pan and cover (keeps them moist); cook for 4 minutes or until done on each side. Serve hot.
*Johnna's tip: Burgers. We love them. They are the perfect All American dish that can be joined by almost any side dish: fries, salad, baked potatoes, etc. Our recent trip to Z Burger in D.C. inspired our desire for some turkey burgers in our lives. Z Burger puts you in the mind of Five Guys (D.C.) or a more versatile In 'n Out (CA)...we sure do miss those animal fries from In 'n Out, but Z Burger will definitely do when in the District;-)
